Coldwell Banker adds new leadership in Hyde Park and Oak Park

Coldwell Banker Realty has promoted Lewis Jones to serve as branch vice president of Oak Park and Hyde Park. Additionally, the company announced naming Tracey Royal assistant branch vice president of Oak Park and Nicole Morris as assistant vice president of Hyde Park. 

Jones holds the distinction of being named 2020 Managing Broker of the Year by The Chicago Association of Realtors. Royal is a 24-year veteran of the industry, and serves as 2021 president for the Women’s Council of Realtors, Illinois, and on the board of directors for Illinois Realtors and the Chicago Association of Realtors. 

Agent Tracey Royal is promoted to assistant branch vice president of Oak Park. A seasoned professional of 24 years, Tracey looks forward to working with agents and continuing to support causes such as affordable housing and women in leadership. She is the 2021 President for the Women’s Council of REALTORS®, Illinois. She also sits on the Board of Directors for Illinois REALTORS and the Chicago Association of REALTORS. Morris is a 21-years industry veteran, who was raised in Hyde Park and Grand Crossing. 

“I’m so proud we’ve assembled such a knowledgeable and caring team for the Oak Park and Hyde Park offices. The 2021 market is off to a strong start and having an experienced team in place to quickly serve agents is paramount,” President Ayoub Rabah said in a press release. “We know the agents are in great hands and will benefit from their vast knowledge of the industry and neighborhoods.”
