Compass expands leadership with Joe Pasquesi

by Stacey Sheridan

Real estate brokerage and technology firm Compass has expanded its Chicago team with Joe Pasquesi as sales manager of the North Shore region, supervising the Glencoe, Highland Park and Lake Forest Compass offices. Previously at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Pasquesi began his new position with Compass Feb. 8.

Pasquesi has been a top-producing realtor in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs for 20 years, according to a Compass press release, with a career exceeding $150 million in sales, covering markets from Chicago’s Roscoe Village neighborhood to the city of Lake Forest.

“I am excited to be teaming up with a tech-savvy, world-class company that will complement my own unique leadership style,” Pasquesi stated in the press release.

Pasquesi founded a boutique broker ridge firm in 2002 that was then acquired by Prudential Rubloff; Prudential Rubloff merged with Berkshire Hathaway in 2013.

“After building a boutique brokerage firm from the ground up and excelling my career at a national firm, I know my move to Compass will allow me to rapidly grow my ability to serve and lead high quality, exceptional agents on the North Shore,” he said.
