Bill Senne and Scott Broene have joined Compass, while Bob Shield has joined Cardinal Financial.

Senne and Broene, along with a team of 35, have joined Compass. Formerly Property Consultants, Compass’ new PCR Group will serve the Bucktown neighborhood. With over $3 billion conducted in real estate since 1989, Senne and Broene have helped with the development of numerous neighborhoods including Bucktown, Wicker Park, West Loop and downtown Chicago. Together, the team has represented over a thousand new construction condos and homes across the Chicagoland area. The decision to join Compass was driven by their desire to provide their roster of 35 agents with Compass’ technology, programs, tools and support. “We recognize that the real estate industry is undergoing a fundamental change, especially with the millennial generation,” Senne said in a press release. “We are excited to be a part of this shift, and to provide our agents and clients with intelligent tools to ensure a seamless experience. Partnering with Compass brings so much to the table for our agents when it comes to technology. As opposed to a substantial investment to compete in this area, it made more sense to partner.”

PCR Group was established at Compass on Dec. 8th.

Meanwhile, Bob Shield has reentered mortgage lending and is now at Cardinal Financial as VP, retail market leader.
