Sharon Rizzo and her team, The Rizzo Group, have made the move to Compass from Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate.
Rizzo, whose 35+ year career in real estate focused on condo conversions has earned her the title “Queen of Condo Conversions,” is among the top 1 percent of all Chicago agents by the Chicago Association of REALTORS®. She’s also previously served as sales manager for buildings such as the Millennium Centre, Lake Point Tower and 2000 Lincoln Park West. Rizzo and her team joined Compass on Dec. 1.
The Rizzo Group has secured over $42 million in transactions, and the team is made up of 15 agents who operate under Rizzo. The Rizzo Group focuses on condo conversions, de-converting historic Chicago condo buildings, renovating them and turning around luxury rentals. Rizzo cited Compass’ coaching, extensive training, support, technology and sophisticated marketing tools as reasons she made the move, according to a press release.
