Coldwell Banker Realty is excited to name Natalie Carpenter as district vice president for its Wisconsin offices. Supporting about 300 affiliated sales agents and staff throughout Southeast Wisconsin, Carpenter will oversee the daily operations of the company’s seven offices.

Leaving a long tenure at Coldwell Banker Realty’s Hyde Park office in Chicago, Carpenter has 30 years of real estate experience, with 27 years of leadership with Coldwell Banker.

Carpenter began her career as a part-time independent sales associate; she established herself as “an outstanding leader with a record of success in operations and business coaching,” said Ayoub Rabah in a press release, president of Coldwell Banking Realty in Chicagoland.

“As a passionate leader of people, she has earned the respect and admiration of agents and colleagues throughout the industry. I am confident that under Natalie’s leadership, the Coldwell Banker Realty offices in Wisconsin are well positioned for continued growth,” he continued.
