Proper Rate has recently launched, and with it comes three key players from the Guaranteed Rate team. Proper Rate is a joint venture between Guaranteed Rate and @properties and is made up of 20 loan originators, all based in Chicago.

Dan Moran is the executive vice president of sales and strategy for the company. Formally a senior vice president at Guaranteed Rate, Moran has over 20 years of origination and management experience and was named one of the ‘Top 100 Most Influential Mortgage Executives’ by Mortgage Executive Magazine. 

Jo Ann Theriault-Fazio has joined the company as a senior vice president of mortgage lending/branch manager. She holds over 18 years of industry experience and is also one of the industry’s top female loan originators.

Drew Boland is a senior vice president of mortgage lending. With over 17 years of origination experience, specializing in jumbo lending in the Chicagoland market, Boland has averaged over $100 million in closed volume over the last 4 years.
