Phil Byers leaves Keller Williams for Compass
The Byers Home Team is moving to Compass Chicago. Team leader Phil Byers announced the move on his Facebook page, characterizing it as a “hard decision” after 15 years with Keller Williams. Most recently based out of the Keller Williams Chicago – Lincoln Park office, Byers has also been affiliated with @properties in the past.
In addition to having been listed among the Chicago Association of Realtors’ top 1 percent of producers, Byers also served as a productivity coach for other agents at Keller Williams. “My team allows me to focus on my sales business in the mornings so I have time to coach and develop 30 other agents in my office,” he explained in his 2018 Who’s Who bio at Chicago Agent. “Seeing new agents accomplish their goals through building a business is what gets me up in the morning.”
“As a managing broker, I have always wanted to work with Phil. Not just because he is a top producer, but because Phil is such a positive force when he is around,” said Joe Siciliano, team lead for Compass’ Lincoln Park office.
