Built in 1867, this home in New Orleans’ Garden District has been known to be haunted. The story goes that two inmates shot each other while the home was being used as a jail during the Civil War. It’s rumored that their blood came from the attic and traveled through the walls. The current owner claims to have never heard the drunken soldiers singing, nor has he seen any blood, both reported hallmarks of the haunting. The home has been listed at $1.2 million.
