We publish a “Managing Brokers” issue every year, but this year we decided to do something a little different: we’re looking at managing brokers who sell, and how they structure their business around it. Not all brokerages allow their managing brokers to sell (or to sell to anyone who isn’t family or a close friend), but every brokerage is different. Our cover story draws on a mix of managing broker sources from large, established brokerage brands and smaller local outfits for a range of perspectives on the issue.
This issue also covers the results from our recent managing brokers survey, in which anonymous agents told us what they really think of their managing brokers.
