Tim Lobanov, managing director of Verzasca Group, knows most Miami condos are purchased as second or third homes, so Lobanov is offering a free one-year membership to Jetsmarter for buyers at the Aurora in Sunny Isles Beach. The membership is valued at $10,000 for a year, and allows residents to fly for free on a private jet to New York, Los Angeles or Chicago.
