The difference between a top producer and the average agent is apparent in almost every aspect of how they do business. Perhaps the most obvious differences can be seen in sales volume: the top 20 agents in each of Chicagoland’s six counties – 120 agents in all – accounted for 7 percent of the area’s total sales volume in 2015. They dominated their local markets: Kane and Lake Counties’ top 20 agents accounted for 29.78 percent and 24.36 percent of their markets’ sales volume, respectively.
In 2015, many of Chicagoland’s top producers outdid themselves, and we called on some of the most respected and successful agents to share the strategies and philosophies that took them to the top.
