Mary Bane

A top national nonbank lender and vision of loanDepot, imortgage, announced the appointment of two senior executives, Mary Bane and Jim Weir.

Mary Bane joins the company as vice president. Prior to this role, she served six years at Prospect Mortgage as divisional president. In her new role, Bane is responsible for creating the new Midwest region for imortgage, focusing on government and renovation business.

Jim Weir was selected vice president, regional production for the imortgage South Central region. He served as one of the top branch managers with imortgage for the last three years of his five years with the company.

Weir also brings 17 years of experience to his new position in the industry. With his new position, he will be focusing on supporting current branches and driving ongoing growth in the Texas markets. He will also look to expand imortgage to neighboring states.
