Median time on market was way out of whack during the years of the downturn; has it finally turned the corner?


Time on market has been among the most oft-watched measures of the housing recovery, and new numbers from NAR paint a very nuanced portrait on that most pivotal of stats. Looking at the median age of available inventory in the nation’s largest housing markets, NAR compared that data to monthly and yearly measures.
