Chicago-based realty Koenig & Strey Real Living has announced the additions of Naja Maltezos, Stephen Chertok and Kevin Rynes to its Evanston, Lincoln Park and Glenview offices, respectively.
Each will bring their distinct background and industry experience to their new position as broker associates for the Koenig & Strey brand.
About Maltezos, Chertok and Rynes
Prior to joining Koenig & Strey, Maltezos was a Realtor for Prudential Rubloff. She specializes in properties in Wilmette, Glenview and Evanston, where she currently resides.
Chertok, on the other hand, has had over 25 years of sales experience for various companies and industries throughout his career. Prior to joining Koenig & Strey, Chertok served as a client director for ISI Telemanagement Solutions from 2010 to May 2012, and as a sales and operations director for Clearwire Pinnacle Systems from May 2009 to June 2010.
As for Rynes, he’s had over 10 years of experience as a contractor for luxury home projects along the North shore and Lake Geneva area. According to his Koenig & Strey profile, he started working at age 16 as an apprentice for his father’s custom home building company, Rynes Development of Lake Forest. After working for his father’s company, Rynes branched out and and joined a small boutique brokerage in Chicago, where he focused on rentals, multifamily housing and investment properties. Once he started a family, he moved his business to the suburbs, where he joined a local brokerage and dove into the foreclosure and short sale market.
