MRED Delivers Customer Satisfaction Via Social Media

MRED connects professionals and clients via social media.

Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED) multiple listing service has announced that they are a finalist in the “delivering customer satisfaction via social media,” award from Useful Social Media. MRED is facing fierce competition from across the country, but has received strong support in its bid for acknowledgment as one of the best social media practitioners.

Useful Social Media is a company that produces business intelligence products designed to help big businesses make better use of social media.  They may be best known for their Corporate Social Media Summits, which have taken place in New York, San Francisco and London. The Useful Social Media Awards will be presented at their flag ship summit, which is taking place June 13 – 14, 2012, in New York.

There are four different categories in the competition. MRED’s category in particular contains organizations that push the boundaries of social media to deliver customer service and impact customer satisfaction in a positive way. Innovation is an extremely important part of their category as well.

Voting will commence May 11, and anyone looking to vote may do so on a daily basis on the Useful Social Media Voting web page.
