Three new agents were welcomed on to Chicago-based company, Dream Town Realty, real estate’s team this past September. The agents are Leo Kassin, a 20-year old Chicago Realtor; Carol Miller, a Realtor and designer; and Kerry Conroy-Jerger, who has worked in the business for over 25 years.
Kassin joins Dream Town with over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. His professional achievements include recent awards for outstanding commercial and residential sales performance, and he has been recognized in the top 1 percent of Chicago Realtors. Apart from his vast experience in buying and selling single-family homes, condos, and vacant lots, Kassin is also experienced in working with developers and investors to rehabilitate multi-family rentals and condominiums.
“I have been in this business a long time and I know how to help clients get what they want, whether it’s a house, condo, vacant lot or teardown,” Kassin said. “I am committed to providing the most comprehensive and knowledgeable assistance available to Chicago home buyers, sellers and investors.” Kassin also exceeded $20 million in sales volume in a single year.
Miller aptly combines her background in real estate and marketing with her professional skill set in décor and interior design. Although she has a particular fondness for first-time homebuyers, Miller works with buyers and sellers of all property types.

Conroy-Jerger is a Chicago real estate veteran with 26 years of experience in the industry. She joined Dream Town Realty to further develop her growing business and to gain a more fully equipped set of services to provide for her clients.
