Tilton, one of Chicagoland’s elite managing brokers, is excited to join a local brand with global reach. “Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty is a brand with local roots going back over 30 years and extraordinary international exposure. This global exposure adds credibility and reach where a purely local company cannot,” said Tilton.
After a long and distinguished 20 year career at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, Gay Johnson has retired as Managing Broker but will remain with the firm as a Broker Associate. “After expressing my retirement wishes months ago to enjoy a more flexible schedule as a Broker, being part of the selection committee for Pamela Tilton to lead our agents was a thrill. She has the talent and reputation to not only continue what we have started but to create new opportunities for this wonderful company.”
Chris Feurer, Chief Executive Officer of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, said, “We are thankful and appreciative of Gay’s hard work and dedication and recognize her as an integral part of our growth and success over the past years. As our firm continues to grow and attract the most talented agents in the industry, our philosophy remains the same. Today, we are pleased to announce a new management team and structure including Pam Tilton as President of Brokerage Operations and Managing Broker of the Lincoln Park office and the promotion of Tripti Kasal to Executive Vice President of Brokerage Operations”.
Pamela Tilton, previously President of @ properties Commercial, Executive Vice President of Broker Services, and Managing Broker of @ properties Gold Coast / Streeterville office, brings incredible knowledge of both residential and commercial brokerage to Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Tilton’s real estate career has spanned 14 years beginning at Habitat then specializing in luxury properties at @ properties, where she created a thriving operation for the last 7 years. She sees this new role as a tremendous opportunity. “I have been impressed with Jameson through the years and admire their achievements. Chris Feurer and Mike Sato (President of Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty) have built a successful firm on integrity and talent and joining forces was a natural fit. Their agent-centric model is geared towards agent success, with the support of staff and management”.
In the role as Executive Vice President of Brokerage Operations, Tripti Kasal will work closely with Pamela on brokerage and operations as well as strategic agent planning. Kasal began her career at Jameson over 20 years ago as a Commercial Agent and Assistant Manager. She left to enjoy a successful career as Broker/Owner of her own firm and rejoined Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty in October of 2010 with her team from Helios Realty. “Coming back was like coming home and my new role allows me to continue with our agent training program while contributing to the overall success of our firm. Pam and I both have experience in commercial and residential brokerage and together will make a very powerful team.”
