Weichert, Realtors Goodchild Homes recently welcomed Martin Foster and Joanie Kohlstedt to its rapidly growing sales team.

Foster, a resident of Hoffman Estates and newly licensed agent, works out of the Northwest Chicago suburbs. He is currently a member of the North-Shore Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR), the Illinois Association of Realtors (IAR) and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

“I believe there is no such thing as having learned enough; that is why I continue to educate myself in all subjects of real estate,” says Foster.

Kohlstedt has been working in real estate for the past 15 years, serving predominantly in the Lake and McHenry counties. She is experienced in such areas as property management, commercial property investment, residential construction, residential sales, and residential leasing. Like Foster, she is a member of NSBAR, IAR, and NAR. She is the current holder of the NAR e-PRO certification in technology. Prior to arriving at Goodchild homes, Kohlstedt managed the office of the Premier Realty Group in Vernon Hills.

These two Realtors will be working at the Rolling Hills office located at 1440 Hicks Road, which is owned by Elizabeth and David Goodchild. Goodchild Homes is a family owned business and has been operating in metropolitan Chicago for about 20 years.
