Matanky Realty Group has been awarded exclusive rights to two properties in the Chicago area.

Terri Cox and James Matanky negotiated the exclusive agreement to sell the first property, a mixed-use property in the Englewood neighborhood at 735 W. Garfield Ave.  The 47,340 square-foot building has the beginnings of rehabilitation work. It is an REO bank asset property.

The company was awarded the exclusive leasing rights to the second property, a former bar and grill in Wicker Park at 1223 N. Milwaukee Ave. The building is located at the six-corner intersection of Milwaukee, Division and Ashland. Cox and Gregg Stein will be handling the listing for the Matanky Group.
