Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), well-known real estate data aggregator and distributor, is exploring the use of MLS data syndication through their agreement with Onboard Informatics.
The platform has a successful two-year track record with real estate industry clients, but MRED is the first MLS client for the Listings 360°Insight platform, which will power listing distribution.

Through the use of this new platform, search API will be real-time, allowing requests and responses to be accessed from a secure environment. Also available through this program, is a tracking API, which shows identification of websites where MLS data is displayed. Finally, the visibility portal will optimize business improvement for agents, brokers, and developersby capturing searchi and tracking APIs.
