Maria Davies, CIPS, TRC, of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at the Lincoln Park Plaza began her one-year term as the President of the Chicago Council of FIABCI USA in January 2011. During Maria’s tenure she plans to actively engage other groups to build Chicago’s global stature and improve the local economy.

Since starting her real estate career in l989, Maria has been a consistent multi-million dollar producer. She currently serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Chicago Association of Realtors and has been appointed to a regional multi-board Ethics and Arbitration Hearing Panel.
In addition, Maria serves on the Membership Services Committee, the Nominating Committee and is responsible for running the marketing sessions at the spring and fall business meetings of FIABCI-USA. The 2011 fall business meetings will be held in September in Chicago.
Through its individual, academic, company, and professional association members in 65 countries, FIABCI members have access to real estate professionals in all specialties around the world.
