Dream Town Realty has announced the addition of four new agents to its team.
Susie Kanter has worked as a buyer’s and seller’s agent for 16 years, and is among the top one percent of brokers according to the Chicago Association of Realtors. She thinks her sheer determination, perseverance and personal attention to every detail of the real estate transaction all contribute to her success. “I’ve been known to drive down rural roads in search of a cell phone signal, interrupting a family vacation, in order to personally handle an unexpected glitch in a transaction,” says Kanter. She also attributes her success to her ability to price property properly, with most of her single family home listings selling within 95-98 percent of their asking prices.
Staying in-the-know on cutting edge technology advancements and developing brand recognition are hallmarks of Ted Krzysztofiak’s real estate philosophy, which he brings to Dream Town Realty after more than a decade in the industry. “My clients know they can expect to have the benefit of my experience, but also that I keep current with the latest innovations in the industry to bring them even more success,” says Krzysztofiak. Although he’s completed various rehabs and development projects during his tenure in construction and home remodeling, Krzysztofiak is best known for his success in residential sales and leasing. “My extensive experience with closing transactions means I rarely encounter an uncertain situation,” he says.
Michael Koshaba owned and operated a decorating business on the North Shore for 18 years. This has taught him how to stage a home in any market, and has benefited him in doing comparative pricing. His negotiation and problem solving skills are second to none, and he promises to be with his clients until the day of closing. “My only goal is to be ‘Your Realtor for Life,’” says Koshaba, who has been a full-time Realtor for 20 years in the Chicagoland area.
Ina Lee transitions into a real estate role with Dream Town after a successful career in human resources and benefits administration. “I think my HR experience fits well into working with real estate clients, because I’m able to call upon my active listening skills and relate Chicago’s different neighborhoods to the needs and wants of my clients,” says Lee. Her customer-focused attitude allows Lee to provide detailed guidance to clients throughout the entire real estate process, and it drives Lee’s desire to serve her clients’ best interest above all else, in order to negotiate the best possible deal.
