Sims Appointed Business Coach Training Specialist at CB Evanston

Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has appointed real estate veteran and sales expert Steven Sims as Business Coach Training Specialist for the Evanston offices as part of a new continued education program, adding to the many resources local agents utilize to develop and maintain the highest degree of service and satisfaction.

Sims began his real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 1997 and was named “Rookie of the Year.” Three years later, he earned recognition as the number one Realtor in his office and was among the top two percent of agents for sales nationwide. Over the years, Sims has consistently been recognized with awards from industry associations and continues to be one of Coldwell Banker’s top producers. He has a strong background in marketing and sales and enjoys educating clients, as well as agents about business and market conditions. In addition to his responsibilities to clients, over the past four years, Sims has played an integral role in Coldwell Banker’s training program for new agents. Clients come to Sims for his ability to be an effective negotiator and for his efforts to explore all the options available to satisfy their wants and needs.
