Peter Moulton, @properties Evanston
Peter Moulton was born and raised on the North Shore, living in Winnetka, Wilmette and Evanston. In 1998, he became a real estate agent beginning his new career in Downtown Evanston. Simultaneously, he took a job as a real estate paralegal with a prominent North Shore real estate attorney to learn the legal side of the industry. After working in this position and selling for one year, he then became an assistant to two top-producing agents in Evanston, as well as selling on his own. After several years of being an award-winning agent on the North Shore, Moulton realized his passion was working with other agents to build their business. At this time, he was offered a management position with a large real estate brokerage in Winnetka. It was here that he developed curriculum to help agents realize the full potential of running a successful real estate business. Moulton has three wonderful children: Isabel, Jackson and Josef (and a very fat beagle named Lucy and a marginally insane Rhodesian ridgeback named Cleo), and his other interests include boating, trap and skeet shooting, bird hunting, playing golf (or at least pretending to play golf), reading and playing chess.
