Are you an empty-nester that wants to reduce your expenses and downsize to either a smaller or different type of residence? Or are you tired of winter and want to relocate to a warmer climate? Whatever the reason, don’t make a move, until you attend the “Savvy Seller Seminar.” Ilisa Farrell, an experienced real estate broker affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, will explain how to prepare your home for sale, as well as various ways a home needs to be marketed in this economy.
The seminar is through Oakton Community College’s Alliance for Lifelong Learning, and takes place Wednesday, Oct. 20, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m., at Niles North High School. An attorney that specializes in real estate will be present at the seminar and will explain some of the legalities and responsibilities of a seller.
Prior registration is required. To register for this seminar, contact Oakton Community College at 847-982-9888.
