Baird & Warner Residential Sales Inc. announced it has joined forces with Century 21 Castles by King (CBK), a southwest suburban real estate brokerage firm. This marks Baird & Warner’s third acquisition in the last nine months.

Century 21 Castles by King originally opened in 1968 as King Real Estate. CBK’s broker/owner Jeff Heineman’s family has deep roots in the firm dating back over 25 years. Heineman’s mother, Shirley, purchased it in 1982, and a few years later, Heineman and his wife Susan Pascucci-Heineman, joined the firm as sales agents. Heineman went on to become a manager and eventually the broker/owner, while Pascucci-Heineman consistently earned top agent honors and numerous awards for quality customer service and sales performance.

CBK offices were located at 75th and Cass Avenue in Darien’s Brookhaven Plaza. Sales agents, including Heineman and Pascucci-Heineman, have relocated to Baird & Warner’s Downers Grove, Bolingbrook and Orland Park locations.
