Aside from The Roosevelt Collection where I work, I love CityFront Plaza’s sales center for its sheer elegance, sophistication and attention to detail. Ken Riha’s design creates a tranquil, spa-like feeling every time you walk in and the staff there prides itself on friendly customer service. I also appreciate the fact that the very large sales center is located in the actual building they are selling, which gives you a much better sense of what the development has to offer.

The SoNo Project in Lincoln Park is one of my favorite sales centers I’ve been to in the past few years. The sales center has a great open feeling when you walk in and is extremely well lit. The modern and high-end finishes give you a feel for the quality of the project itself. The center incorporated a room that provided a great wealth of information, from floor plans to pictures of the views from different tiers of the building. The center made it easy to present to clients and flowed very nicely from one area to the next.

Lincoln Park 2520 is incredible. The location is one of my favorites in the city, having lived in that area when I first moved to Chicago. The sales center allows you to experience what it would mean to live in that building. The views alone make it a fantastic experience encompassing the best of Chicago with the park, lake and city all right in front of your eyes. The development retains the grandeur of the past while presenting a chic, modern feel with incredible finishes and interior design. I would have bought one right there had the Illinois Lotto cooperated more with me!

Besides Avenue East’s sales center, I will admit that I was absolutely blown away by the Chicago Spire sales center. The project itself is amazing and the design of the sales center demonstrates Calatrava’s inspiration so beautifully. It’s also difficult not to be blown away by the model units and all of the building amenities.
