Glen Tomlinson, partner and general manager of Century 21 Sussex & Reilly in Chicago, was elected to the National Brokers Communications Congress (NBCC). He represents 200 Century 21 companies in Chicagoland and Northern Indiana, bringing real estate industry issues and challenges to 54 fellow delegates and corporate staff, and formulating national responses.
In annual conclaves, NBCC seeks industry solutions, shapes Century 21 system policies and programs and shares outcomes with the Chicagoland Broker Council, where Tomlinson serves on the Leadership Committee. NBCC also meets senators and representatives in Washington to present real estate issues affecting their communities and seek viable national solutions.
Previously, Tomlinson was Chicagoland franchise sales director and mergers and acquisitions director for Cendant Corporation (now Realogy), and long-term real estate company broker/owner and manager in the western suburbs. Tomlinson was mayor of Lyons, Ill. in the 1990s and has been a village board member for 10 years.
