Baird & Warner Residential Sales Inc. recently announced it has acquired two real estate companies: The Habitat Brokerage Company LLC of Chicago and Renaissance Realty Partners LTD of Lake Forest.

As part of the acquisition, Millie Rosenbloom, current CEO/president/managing broker of The Habitat Brokerage Company, will join Baird & Warner as a highly-regarded broker associate. Rosenbloom brings more than 25 years of experience in the real estate services industry.

Also joining Baird & Warner are Renaissance Realty Partners co-owners Lisa Hathaway and Dow Molsbee. They, and members of their team, will join Baird & Warner’s Lake Forest branch office located at 207 E. Westminster.
