The Shoreham, the first rental tower completed at Lakeshore East, has captured a national Paragon Award for exceptional management from the National Apartment Association (NAA). To qualify for the award, the property, which is leased and managed by NNP Residential, was previously named winner of the 2006 Property Excellence Award by the Chicagoland Apartment Marketing and Management Excellence (CAMME) Awards.

In addition to its 2006 national and local property excellence awards, the Shoreham received eight CAMME awards in 2005. Those awards were for the Shoreham’s leasing center, brochure and direct mail programs and four design awards for furnished display models.
