Vol. 4, Iss. 9, Awards: Coldwell Banker Awards Three

Coldwell Banker has recently named their award recipients for 2006. Matt Garrison of Coldwell Banker’s Lakeview office was recognized as the No. 1 regional category leader in sales volume and closed units, and also received the “Top Agent” award for Chicago. He closed on 761 units with a sales volume of $154.7 million in 2006.

Ralph Oliva of Coldwell Banker’s Lincoln Park Plaza office received the New Development Project Award. He closed on 502 units with a sales volume of $181.9 million.

Michael Loizzi of Coldwell Banker’s Halsted office received the city region top rookie award, which was presented to the newcomer with the highest sales volume for the year. His volume was $3.8 million for 2006.
