Form New Design/Build Construction Firm

Adam Miller, Kenneth Motew and Michael Zucker announced the formation of a new design/build construction firm, Summit Design + Build, LLC. Seasoned veterans of Chicagoland’s real estate industry, Miller, Motew and Zucker bring a wealth of design and construction experience to this newly formed company. Together, they have assembled a highly experienced team of professionals to provide full-service design-build construction services to the commercial and residential markets. The firm will focus on office, retail, health care, manufacturing and warehouse facilities, as well as condominiums and loft conversions.

“Our goal is to understand and exceed our clients’ needs by providing the highest level of service and quality construction for each and every project,” says Miller, who will be responsible for running the day-to-day operations of Summit Design + Build, LLC.
