Loretta Alonzo

CEO of CENTURY 21 Affiliated Chicago, Thomas Bretz, announced that Loretta Alonzo, managing broker of CENTURY 21 Affiliated in La Grange Park, was recognized as the 2015 Illinois Realtor of the Year by the Illinois Association of REALTORS®.

Loretta Alonzo, who has been with CENTURY 21® System for 40 years, was the 2013 Immediate Past President of the Illinois Association of REALTORS® and has a long history of service and dedication to the REALTOR® association.

“Loretta is a prominent figure in the real estate community. When Loretta merged her company CENTURY 21 Alonzo and Associates with CENTURY 21 Affiliated on December 1st, we knew we were gaining an invaluable resource,” said Bretz. “Loretta is an outstanding professional with an unmatched passion for the real estate industry and CENTURY 21 Affiliated is proud of her accomplishments and that she is a part of our team.”

A long-time advocate for professional development and industry education with 40 years of experience in the industry, Alonzo is a leader in the industry who has been active in the REALTOR® organization at the local, state and national levels. She twice served as president of her local association and was named the local REALTOR® of the Year six times.
