With childhood memories of spending summers, weekends and holidays in Southwest Michigan, Paul Frischer has been connected to the area for almost 55 years. Frischer brought his own children there and is looking forward to the third generation making memories there, as well. “My family has owned property in Union Pier since1972,” he shares. “I know the area and am uniquely qualified in assisting Michiganders in finding their perfect Chicagoland getaways and helping Chicagoans find their retreats.”
An entrepreneur and Chicago-area native, Frischer is a real estate broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Chicago. Also licensed in Michigan, he serves clients from Southwest Michigan to Evanston, along with Chicago and the North Shore. Before obtaining his real estate license, he spent nearly 36 years doing renovations, rehabs and commercial and residential property management. “I lean on my construction background and network to help clients improve their property’s value,” he says. “Whether it’s prepping for a sale or finding a diamond in the rough and making it shine, I make sure my clients receive extraordinary quality, value and service.”
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices awarded Frischer its Chairman’s Circle Gold award in 2022 for ranking in the top 2% of agents companywide and its President’s Circle award in 2023, the highest award given to an individual in the Evanston office that year. He was also recognized by the North Shore-Barrington Association of Realtors for being in the top 5% of transactions closed on the North Shore.
With a referral-based business, Frischer measures success through his clients’ testimonials. “Every single one of those relationships is my obsession,” he declares. “I love what I do and the people I do it with, which fuels me to perform at my best.”
