Michelle Arseneau, Team Leader

Michelle Arseneau Group, Coldwell Banker Realty

With a professional, approachable and client-focused business style, Michelle Arseneau’s goal is to make the real estate process as easy and stress-free as possible. “I believe the key to a great experience starts with listening and asking the right questions,” she shares. “I want to truly understand my clients’ needs so I am able to guide them with clarity and confidence.”

The team lead of the Michelle Arseneau Group at Coldwell Banker Realty, Arseneau was raised on a farm in Bourbonnais, lived in Palos Park and Chicago, before settling in downtown Frankfort. Her team, which includes her daughter, Katy Draper, Cyndi Pointkowski, Michelle Esparza and Darci Lemner, represents clients throughout Cook, Will, Kankakee, Dupage and Iroquois counties. “Real estate isn’t a solo effort; it takes a village to deliver the highest level of service,” she says. “I’m grateful to work alongside people who care as deeply as I do, making this journey both successful and fulfilling.”

In the industry for 30 years, Arseneau was one of twelve agents in the country to receive the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Agent of Influence award in 2024. An accredited buyer’s representative and short sale and foreclosure specialist, she holds a global luxury and a relocation certification. Her team received the People’s Choice Award for best real estate agent by The Daily Journal in 2023 and 2024. Serving on the business development committee for United Way, she credits her tenacity to her success. “I’m persistent, detail-oriented and committed to ensuring every aspect of the transaction is correct.”

An avid traveler, Arseneau also enjoys spending time with her daughter, Kennedy, granddaughter, Scarlett, and walking her dog, Wrigley. “One of my greatest joys over the past 10 years is working alongside my daughter,” she adds. “I’m incredibly proud of her and all she brings to our team.”
