After successfully selling her condo in Chicago without an agent, Vittoria Logli was inspired to pursue a career in real estate. With an already-established career in corporate marketing and an MBA from DePaul University, Logli was well prepared to implement effective marketing strategies that benefit clients and boost sales. Throughout her 20 years in real estate, her innovative approaches, including video walk-throughs and comprehensive marketing programs, have attracted potential buyers and magnified property potential. “Transitioning into real estate allowed me to apply my marketing expertise directly, enhancing my ability to effectively promote properties and maximize exposure,” the broker for @properties Christie’s International Real Estate explains. “This approach not only helps me achieve top dollar for my clients, but also strengthens their negotiating position.”
Clients love working with Logli, noting her professionalism, her expertise and especially her patience. She never pressures clients into decisions, instead choosing to advise and support them while prioritizing their needs and respecting their comfort levels. Recognizing that buying or selling a home can be emotionally charged, Logli tries to serve as a sounding board, providing clear and positive guidance. Her popularity among clients means she’s busier than ever. “I host 2-3 open houses every weekend, engaging with 30-40 people each time,” she says. “It’s exhausting but incredibly effective!” Many clients find her through her social media accounts, where she posts videos and updates about listings.
Logli is deeply rooted in her community, having called The Glen in Glenview, where she raised her four children, home for the past 22 years . Now with her children in college, she continues to stay involved in the community, serving on the boards of the Glenview Public Library Foundation and the Southgate Neighborhood Association. Logli takes immense joy in spending time with her family, as well as living and working in the Glenview area. “My firsthand experience has given me a genuine passion and appreciation for the local communities and markets I serve,” she shares.
