Vince Bartolome was working as a marketing manager on high-level accounts when he decided to switch careers and go into lending. After 24 years in the industry, he’s still happy he made the move to help people live the dream of homeownership. Born in the Philippines, Bartolome was 8 years old when he came to the U.S. As a result, he remains fluent in Tagalog. “Living in harder conditions and being surrounded by hardworking people fortified me with the grit to create success,” he says. “Buyers need the expertise that I can provide.”
A national home lending advisor with JPMorganChase, Bartolome specializes in a variety of lending products. Accessible, responsive and detail-oriented, he’s easy to work with and committed to educating his clients. “I clearly explain the details, including all the great news and all the possible red flags,” he says. “This allows the process to be smoother and allows us to get ahead of anything that can cause a delay or issue. My goal is to listen to the needs of every client and get them on the best path to homeownership.”
Despite the difficult market conditions, Bartolome has remained consistent in finding success. He has been recognized as a JPMorganChase Home Lending National Achiever nine times. Despite his incredible rate of production, he’s proudest of his ability to help clients in this unprecedented market of rising rates, inflation and low inventory. Clients have taken notice and rate him highly on customer service.
Bartolome works with multiple nonprofits throughout the year, providing gifts for those less fortunate. When away from work, he enjoys time with family, including his wife of 20 years and their four children. When not watching his kids play sports, play instruments or do other activities, he’s an active volunteer in his local church and loves to exercise.
