Renee Devedjian, Broker Associate

Baird & Warner

Born into a real estate family with a builder father, Renee Devedjian earned her real estate license soon after graduating from Michigan State University. Real estate has been her career for more than 30 years.

Devedjian, a broker associate with Baird & Warner, grew up in Glenview and raised a family in Deerfield, which has given her a strong grasp of the marketplace. In addition, the many years she has spent doing research for relocation clients have helped her become an expert on the North Shore and all of the suburbs surrounding it.

Devedjian specializes in relocation, domestic and international clients, from first-time homebuyers to move-up and downsizing empty nesters looking to call the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago home. “Everyone knows that buying or selling a home can be emotional,” she says. “During the highs and lows, I always maintain a calm and steady presence, so I can help advise my clients to make the best decisions for their real estate needs.”

A member of the North Shore Barrington Association of Realtors (NSBAR) and Illinois Association of Realtors, she has earned multiple awards throughout her career. Most recently, she received a 2023 NSBAR Top 5% honor and made Baird & Warner’s Chairman’s Club—her sixth Chairman’s Club award to-date. “One of the most important principles of success is developing the habit of going the extra mile because no one else will,” she says.

Every February, she runs a toiletry drive to help local womens’ shelters. She is also a long-time member of the Armenian Relief Society’s Chicago Chapter. “Helping someone who cannot pay you back is a heartwarming feeling,” she says. To unwind, she plays racquet sports year round. In winter, she enjoys paddleball and in summer, pickleball. She also likes reading and spending time with family and friends. “Time is the most precious thing in life,” she says.
