After working her entire career in the banking and financial industry, Pamela Greer transitioned into real estate after flipping a few homes in Chicagoland. This led to the birth of PRG Properties and Greer’s full-time career as a licensed Realtor, in which she aims to assist and educate others in buying and investing in real estate.
With experience as a senior foreclosure specialist, senior bankruptcy specialist and mortgage loan underwriter, Greer has extensive knowledge of the mortgage process. “I always had a strong desire to get into real estate,” she says. “Helping and educating others is my passion.” Greer holds a master’s degree in organizational leadership with a minor in business from Lewis University and is now a successful entrepreneur and full-time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty.
Having grown up in Chicago’s Austin area, Greer has lived in the western suburbs for the past 20 years. She specializes in luxury, new construction, investment properties, first-time homebuyers, and sellers looking to upgrade or downsize. “I pride myself on going above and beyond to get my clients exactly what they desire in a home,” she explains. This dedication has made her a multimillion-dollar producer at Coldwell Banker.
One of her biggest accomplishments in 2023 was being chosen to host the national Emmy-nominated show The American Dream, featuring lifestyle, culture and real estate. She also served as a guest panelist at the Women’s Diversity Council Conference and the She Rocks It Women’s Expo 2024 in Naperville. Greer was an honoree at the 2024 She Rocks It Gala, which celebrated Women Who Rock in Naperville.
Additionally, Greer is a mentor, Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert and member of the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors YPN Committee. She also serves on the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee. She was a guest panelist for the Women’s Council of Realtors on Luxury Real Estate and will speak at the Radiant Rise Women’s Empowerment Conference in Naperville.
When not working, Greer enjoys traveling and exploring international real estate. She loves spending time with family and friends and prioritizes health and fitness.
