Nykea Pippion McGriff, Regional Vice President of Dallas-Fort Worth Region

Referred to as the “Deal Doctor” by branch leaders and real estate agents who appreciate her extensive experience in closing deals, Nykea Pippion McGriff has a way of effortlessly inspiring everyone around her. She has the ability to guide agents through one of the most exciting real estate markets in decades and does so while balancing a sense of compassion and professionalism.

Previously the vice president of strategic growth with Coldwell Banker Realty in the greater Chicagoland area, McGriff was recently promoted to regional vice president of the Dallas-Fort Worth region. A proven leader, she earned the company’s coveted President’s Council manager status for multiple years. In her personal career growth, she served as president of the Women’s Council Chicago and Women’s Council Illinois networks. “I continue to be a fierce advocate of our industry, women and diversity, equity and inclusion,” she says.

McGriff served as the first African American female president of the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR) in 2021. In 2022, she was named CAR Realtor of the Year, was inducted into the National Association of Realtors Hall of Fame and received the RISMedia Real Estate Newsmaker award. With a strong commitment to connect with her community, she also ran for Congress in Illinois’ 1st District.

A member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc., McGriff is the founder of Xavier O. Joy Scholarship in honor of her late son. Sponsored by the CAR Foundation, the scholarship provides financial assistance to students who attend Morehouse College in Atlanta.
