Steering his clients on the rollercoaster ride of buying or selling a home, Noé Fragoso is a fearless and patient guide, helping others achieve their real estate goals around Chicago and the western suburbs. Growing up in Northlake before becoming a student at Loyola University, Fragoso, the managing broker of PAK Home Realty Illinois, is well acquainted with everything the city has to offer.
Before beginning his successful 13-year career in real estate, Fragoso was a full-time truck driver, taking on the position to help his parents financially instead of graduating college. “Growing up, I saw my parents work hard to put a roof over our heads,” explains Fragoso, noting that he, too, has made sacrifices along the way. “This has allowed me to be in tune with the feelings and emotions that my clients are going through.”
After over a decade of working for other agencies, Fragoso knew it was time for a change. “I opened my own brokerage after 10 years of helping families buy, sell and invest,” he says. “I knew it was time to educate others on how to succeed in real estate. Merging my company with PAK Realty has provided me with the same systems, structure and community to allow hundreds of agents to build a successful real estate career that will allow them to help hundreds of families buy or sell real estate.
Recognized by RealTrends as one of the top 1.5 percent of real estate professionals in the nation as well as with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) as one of the top 250 Latino agents in the nation and the top 50 in the Midwest every year since 2016, Fragaso has built a 90 percent referral-based business solely on his reputation. With the help of two buyer’s agents, two administrators and one operations officer, Fragoso closed 120 sales in 2021, breaking a longtime goal of surpassing 100 successful transactions and earning the team a spot among the top 1percent in transactions by a small team, according to Mainstreet Platinum.
He is a proud dad of two young daughters, 3-year-old Sol and 2-year-old Luna. “My family is everything and real estate is the vehicle that allows me to provide for them while allowing me to help others build wealth through real estate,” he says.
