A resident of Wilmette for the past 16 years with her husband and four daughters, Megan Gemp is active in her community and enjoys all the opportunities it has to offer. “I absolutely love the vibrancy of the North Shore and enjoy welcoming new people here,” Gemp says. “There’s no better way to do that than through real estate.”

A broker with @properties, Gemp transitioned from the hospitality industry to real estate six years ago. ”Both positions find success by exceeding customer expectations,” she explains. “That remains my focus every day.” She proudly serves the North Shore including Wilmette, Winnetka, Kenilworth, Glencoe, Glenview, Evanston, Deerfield, Highland Park, Lake Forest and surrounding suburbs. She works closely with fellow broker Lori Neuschel, who has been a phenomenal mentor with incredible experience and insight.
As an active member of the North Shore community, Gemp is fervent about getting involved and giving back within the community. She is the past president of the Central Elementary and Highcrest Middle School PTA/Os and is currently the secretary for the Wilmette Junior High PTO. She belongs to the New Trier Booster Club, National Charity League, District 39 Educational Foundation board and volunteers for the Girl Scouts. She is deeply passionate about her community and strives to put that enthusiasm to work for her clients.
