Fascinated by the real estate business since she purchased her first home at the age of 18, Chicagoland native Marge Cahill has served clients in the south suburbs for almost 27 years. The Certified Relocation Specialist and Certified Negotiation Specialist has the background to work with all types of buyers and sellers, from first timers to downsizers to luxury clients, and she loves every minute of it.

Clients appreciate the vast industry knowledge Cahill has developed over the years, along with her professionalism and compassionate personality. All are qualities she believes have been instrumental to her success. “Having years of experience helps you provide the trust and comfort needed when a bump in the road happens,” she says. “It also gives you the knowledge to stay on top of a transaction to ensure you meet timelines and the client gets to closing. Knowledge is key and experience helps you through it.”

Her well-honed listening skills and highly personal service also set the industry veteran apart from the pack. “When working with me, my clients deal only with me,” Cahill emphasizes. “I am there every step of the process to help ensure a smooth transaction. They know when they have concerns and questions, I am always available.”  Recently, Cahill has added ACP (Accredited Commercial Practitioner certification) to her resume and is excited to dive into the commercial field as well.

Accolades have come Cahill’s way for more than two decades, beginning with a Rookie of the Year award at her first brokerage, ERA Harthside. Later at Coldwell Banker, she earned International Sterling Society, International Diamond Society and President’s Circle status. Now at @properties, she has received both the Visionary and the Impact awards. Most recently, she was named the No. 1 individual agent at @properties Orland Park.

In her free time, Cahill can be found with her grandchildren, attending their events or chauffeuring them to activities. She also loves to travel, read, and spend time with family and friends.
