Kevin Kelly, Realtor

eXp Realty

A few simple rules for success in real estate have put service-minded Realtor Kevin Kelly at the top of his game. First, a successful agent truly knows the neighborhoods they serve. Second, getting to know clients personally is essential to being able to assist them. And finally, treating clients as the agent would like to be treated is absolutely most important.

“The Golden Rule is the foundation of my real estate business,” Kelly confirms, adding that his naturally personalized approach makes his clients feel understood, cared for and served. It also has resulted in his business being 100% referral based. Known for being friendly and a good listener, Kelly believes that those skills combined with his 20 years of experience and background in finance are hard to beat.

The native Chicagoan specializes in the areas from Lincoln Park to South Loop and everywhere in between. He has been living and working in the neighborhoods he serves for his entire career. “By being a lifelong Chicago resident who has lived in many different neighborhoods across the city, I provide my clients a competitive advantage when buying or selling real estate here,” Kelly says.

Clients describe Kelly as warm and friendly, and he places their interests at the center of everything he does by ensuring that he is always available during the entire real estate process. “When I work with a client, they receive all my focus and attention until the job is complete,” he explains.

Kelly, who holds a master’s degree in Christian ministry from Liberty University in addition to his bachelor’s in finance from the University of Illinois, is fulfilled by volunteering and serving others. He is especially proud of his work with Shield 616, a nonprofit that provides rifle-rated armor to police departments nationwide. Most recently he was able to present vests to the Chicago Police Department. “Real estate gave me an opportunity to provide back to my hometown,” Kelly shared of the experience.
