Jefferson answers the questions clients don’t know to ask and uses many of Rate’s grant and assistance programs to provide them with additional funds to help with their purchase. Clients appreciate his ability to put together the best possible terms for their mortgage and set them up for success with a monthly payment that fits their budget.

He’s also proud to be part of a company that raised more than $1.1 million for nine different nonprofit organizations with its “Break the Bank” fundraiser during Military Appreciation Week.

Jefferson left the auto industry in 1999, where he worked as a finance director of several auto dealerships, for a career in lending after a friend suggested it would be a good fit. In the present competitive marketplace, he is proud to have helped 5,000-plus families throughout his career purchase new homes.
