Emily McClintock, Real Estate Broker

Baird & Warner

An experienced real estate broker with Baird & Warner, Emily McClintock has been in the industry for decades, specializing in luxury and resale home sales, new construction, historical and investment properties, condominiums, co-ops, as well as national and international relocation. Living on the North Shore for most of her adult life, she raised her children there while gaining insight into the area’s lifestyle, schools, sports and culture. “I have an established client base and referral network,” she says. “I serve all their real estate needs, whether it is a move within the community, a relocation, an investment property or a second home.”

McClintock has a visible presence on social media, and many of her clients stay connected to her online. She also embraces the search platform Zenlist to better serve her clients. “I have a YouTube channel to utilize videos, and for the past year have been a host and production manager on a nationally televised and streamed show called The American Dream,” she shares. “In doing this, I am able to create exposure for my brand and, in turn, my clients’ homes.”

McClintock is a consistent member of Baird & Warner’s Founders Club and is also in the top five percent of agents on the North Shore. She also serves on the North Shore Board of Realtors Ethics and Professional Standards Committee. “I have years of experience working through many different market economies and housing cycles,” she explains. “Seeing all the homes and communities develop over the years gives me a unique perspective and in-depth knowledge of our industry.”

When not working, McClintock is learning to play golf and recently joined the board of directors of The Evans at Canal Shores golf course, committed to underserved youth, where she will be fundraising. She recently sent her youngest of three off to Miami University; her oldest recently graduated from the Grainger School of Engineering at the University of Illinois and is working in Chicago; and her middle child is a senior at Boston College.
