For more than 13 years now, Danny Lewis has been a prominent figure in real estate. Growing up in the suburbs and spending significant time in Chicago, Lewis’s journey into real estate was sparked by the experience of selling his grandfather’s home. “I loved the process and the freedom of being a real estate agent,” he shares. His academic background includes attending DePaul University, which served as his introduction to the vibrancy of Chicagoland.
Specializing in residential real estate, he works with an array of clientele and offers both listing and relocation services. He serves key areas such as Lincoln Park, Lakeview, West Loop, Gold Coast, River North, River West and Roscoe Village. Lewis describes his approach to real estate as business casual. “I am very organized and to the point, but at the same time — I want to ensure my clients are comfortable and having fun in the process,” he says.
Clients describe Lewis as attentive, honest and organized. He emphasizes clear communication — a quality often highlighted by his mostly referral-based clientele. This year, Lewis significantly increased his social media presence and now boasts one of the top 100 social media accounts in America for real estate expertise.
Lewis’s accomplishments include being a longtime Chicago Association of Realtors top producer. His previous experience in public relations and marketing has equipped him with the skills to navigate challenges effectively and highlight the qualities of any property, while simultaneously elevating his brand recognition.
A mentor to other agents through his stewardship of The Lewis Group, Lewis reflects, “Mentoring agents not only brought me back to the basics, but also helped me realize how important leadership is in real estate. When you work with me, you don’t get just me — you get my amazing team as well, and we are all very synchronized.”
On a personal note, Lewis recently enjoyed a memorable trip to Cape Town, South Africa. He is an avid golfer and has recently welcomed a new dog, Smokey, into his life.
