Her career, sparked by her mother’s involvement with a Chicago development company, spans over 55 residential development projects in multiple states, including: Illinois, Florida, Texas, Minnesota, Louisiana, Wisconsin, Missouri and Utah. Lutz’ nationwide reach makes her an ideal fit for the Dawn McKenna Group.

At DMG Development Sales & Marketing, Lutz uses her extensive experience in marketing and luxury sales to advise developers and lead projects on a national scale. “I’m committed to guiding the team towards success, enriching each new assignment with valuable insights,” she says.
