Chloe Reynolds’ journey into real estate was driven by a lifelong passion. “I always wanted to be a Realtor,” she says, “since I was a kid. Now that I’ve been in the business for over six years, it’s rewarding to see my clients who were first-time home buyers building equity. They are selling their homes for a profit and using those funds to move into their next homes, and it’s very fulfilling to see.”
Having lived in Lakeview for seven years before moving to Chicagoland’s West Side, Reynolds naturally gravitates towards the neighborhoods she knows and loves. Her personal connection to Chicago’s “many special and unique neighborhoods” enhances her ability to serve clients. She assists first-time home buyers, investors and luxury buyers seeking property in the sought-after neighborhoods of Lakeview, Lincoln Park, River North, Logan Square and Bucktown.
In a competitive field, Reynolds employs cutting-edge technology to stay ahead. “No one holds a candle to COMPASS’ technology,” she notes. “I love our marketing center because it makes creating newsletters and social media posts so simple.” Her social media presence, particularly on Instagram, keeps her connected with clients and colleagues. “Social media is such a powerful tool to stay connected. It’s amazing to watch clients grow into their homes online!” she adds.
Reynolds’ dedication to her clients is one of her defining traits. “One thing my clients always notice about me is how much I care. Although you can teach someone how to be responsive, you can’t teach someone how to care. I don’t have the best boundaries when it comes to work, but I think that’s a strength rather than a weakness. I am dedicated, and that’s a non-negotiable if you want to be successful in this industry.”
Her professional achievements are impressive, particularly her role as president of Young Professionals at COMPASS for the second year in a row. Helping to build the Young Professionals group from its inception, Reynolds believes it will add value for agents in the industry and within her company. “Watching YP grow into a strong community this year has been so rewarding. I have a great group of leaders around me, and I am so grateful for their generosity of time and energy.”
Her business style focuses on making the transaction enjoyable from start to finish. “It’s not uncommon for me to end up friends with my clients by the end of the transaction,” enthuses Reynolds. “I love making the process fun and approachable.”
