Bradley Rasof, Senior Vice President of Mortgage Lending

CrossCountry Mortgage

Bradley Rasof is dedicated to ensuring his clients have a smooth and stress-free transaction, with no surprises. Born and raised in Skokie and Buffalo Grove, Rasof now resides in Arlington Heights and has a deep understanding of Chicago neighborhoods, which he leverages to serve a diverse clientele ranging from first-time buyers to seasoned investors in both city and suburban markets.

Clients value Rasof’s excellent communication skills and his availability to address questions, even during evenings and weekends. His laid-back personality and sense of humor further distinguish him, fostering trust and likability among his clients. Rasof emphasizes the importance of building relationships based on trust, stating, “At the end of the day, people do business with who they know, like and trust.” He is committed to providing timely and professional service while maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction, which he believes is crucial for reducing the stress associated with homebuying.

Rasof attributes much of his success to his team, production manager and assistant Leslie Patel, processor Aimee Fields and marketing assistant Bridget Bennett, whom he describes as the unsung heroes of his business. He takes pride in the team’s accomplishments, particularly their resilience in a challenging market. Despite a 43% decline in licensed mortgage loan originators in the U.S. over the past year, he and his team funded nearly $30 million in loan volume in 2023. A 19-year veteran of the mortgage business, Rasof has consistently ranked in the top 1% of mortgage originators in America from 2013 to the present, according to Mortgage Executive Magazine, and has been recognized as a Scotsman Guide Top Originator.

Outside of his professional life, Rasof enjoys traveling with his family, attending concerts and fishing. Rasof also raises money for the Chicago Police Memorial Foundation, Bank the Blue and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
